Not all right, and OK, are both attitudes. Anyone,
at anytime, can choose either. Your attitudes
are up to you. If you choose to say,
“It’s not all right”. When you can say, instead, “It’s OK”.
In my opinion, you are being a bit of
a silly drongo.
