Just Three Weeks

My father went to the doctor. My father got an Xray of his belly region. The Xray showed all clear. But just three weeks later he died in hospital from cancer in that region. When I asked the doctor if I could see the Xray. He said that would be impossible.

Could it be that my father was murdered?
